Vic Pool Compliance Inspections
Services We Provide
To simplify the process, we urge you as the pool / spa owner to carry out your own pre-inspection report where possible based on the Australian Standard your pool is classified against according to your local council. This will save you time, effort and cost.
See “More Info” at the bottom the page for Council Information relating to Pool Safety and Relevant VBA Checklists against each Australian Standard.
Pre-Inspection
However, if you are unable to carry this out yourself, we can perform a comprehensive pre-inspection for you which involves a complete inspection of your pool / spa barrier and will include a list of improvement recommendations that will meet the Australian Standards of your pool.
Certification Inspection
We will inspect your pool / spa barrier against the relevant Australian Standard supplied by your council. If your pool / spa barrier is fully compliant, we will issue you with a Certificate of Compliance (Form 23) which will be up to you to lodge with your local council.
Re-Inspection
We also offer a Re-Inspection service for when we have visited your property previously, inspected the pool / spa barrier and identified improvements via a “notice of rectification” summary. This summary would then be used by you and or your contractor to make changes to the barrier to meet the relevant Australian Standard for your pool / spa. Once the rectification of all items has been completed we will arrange a date and time with you for a Re-Inspection to take place.
If the work carried out meets the relevant Australian Standard for that barrier we will then issue you with a Certificate of Compliance (Form 23) which will be up to you to lodge with your local council.
